Why are so many of you guys complaining about this movie? I mean, look at the title, its not supposed to be a really great, awesome movie. Its just a fun, summer, popcorn flick. And also about the name, I think its a rather smart move to name it that. You think if it was called anything else, IE had a serious title, people would even talk about this movie?

I think it's gonna be a fun end to summer! C'mon, it's not like it's supposed to be a serious melodrama for pete's sake! Just a few hours of escape!
And a lot of people must be wanting to see it. This site http://www.cafepress.com/buy/snakes+on+a+plane?pid=5720193 has over 1400 designs on t-shirts and things! They've been selling like hotcakes! Can you imagine? Over 1400 designs on this one site and the movie hasn't even hit theaters yet?!? I personally think they're gonna gross huge bucks this weekend.

Because the movie is fun probably and Critics hate either fun movies or pro Law Enforcement movies. Law Enforcement officers are made to be heroes in Snakes On A Plane the character played by Samuel L Jackson is an FBI agent in it.

I love Samuel L Jackson as an actor, but this movie just looks unbearable to me. I am a snake lover and maybe I just can't get past the fact that in the previews those snakes appear to be hunting/going after all the people with little to no provocation. Ehh...
But I will probably still see it as I do have a fondness for odd/stupid movies (Killer Klownz From Outer Space...case-in-point!), so please come back after you see it and post what you thought about it.

I'm just puzzled as to why it was hyped up a year in advance.
I love Samuel L Jackson Formula 51 is a great movie. This doesn't even look interesting. Think of the boxes you'd have to have to transport all those snakes..... Whew Sometimes I think tooo much ; )

I agree!! There is no point in bashing a movie based on it's title. If everybody that watched it said it was a terrible movie, so be it .Obviously any other title would take away from the plot .

I have no clue why people are bashing it. It's going to be fun. Everyone is making fun of me at work because I already bought tickets for tomorrow night. Who cares?! I LOVE SNAKES ON A PLANE!

I don't understand either. My favorite thing is Samuel L. Jackson's response about it. He said that 'snakes on a plane, that's all I needed to know!'

Not me. I am looking forward to seeing it. I don't think it will win any awards, but if it lives up to the buzz on the internet, it will become a cult classic.

it's sooo corny!! snakes on a plane?!? come on, yes, it will get publicity, but BAD publicity. i mean, who going to take the time and pay the money to go see a movie that even has a bad titile?!?!
