do all HD AV xbox 360 wires work on all hd tv's?

i got the wires, everything is on right input...colors are matched up and the switch is to HDTV. i have sound but no picture.

Have switched the input on the television, My television has more than one input which I switch with the remote to bring up the various game systems I have connected to them. PS2 input 1, Xbox input 2 and so on.
