I had sex while on my period and I have to wait about 2 more weeks to find out if I'm pregnant but... I'm sleepy quite often, seem to urniate a little more frequently, breasts a little bigger, slightly bloated. my concern is these are period symptoms also. Should I take a test now (b/c I'm inpatient) or try to hold out another 2 weeks? ( Iam of age I just need another women's opinion) Thnks

Why not take the test now, why wait??? Sounds like just period symptoms though low chance of getting pregnant while period is going on, for some reason when you get pregnant you just know.

It's highly unlikely that you are prego. B/c you ovilate 12-18 days after your 1st day of your period and then your egg only stays fertile for 3 days....so when you are having a period you are not only sheading the lining of your uterus, but getting rid of the unfirtilized egg from 15 days ago as well. All those symtoms are either phycological or you are sick. Being on your period often has a side effect of needing more rest so your body can reproduce more blood that you are loosing during your period. Loss of blood can make you weak and tired. Breast some times can be tender during the period due to the hormone levels and development of simply becoming a woman. Being bloated is usally the most known side effect of your period and I wouldn't worry about it. Next time use protection &/or birth control, so there won't be any more stress added to your life than what life already brings you.

2 wks is a little early to take the test you would likely get a false negative (if your pregnant) I would wait until the first day of your missed period.

The only time you can become pregnant is when you are ovulating, that is normally 14 days after the beginning of your period. If you are on a period then you are not ovulating!
