cannot minimize when i m chating,on yahoo with 2 or more persons?

when i click on d minimize (-),it does not come on d lower left of d,screen i do not know where it disappears.same probl is in rediff also

Press windows key (key between 'Alt' & 'Ctrl' on left side of space bar)+"D". All the program wondows on your desktop will be minimized to bar!!
