If you sleep on your side and it's the side of your face that's causing more acne it could be your skin is sensitive to the laundry detergent you use on your sheets or there could also be just a build up of old dirt and oils on your pillow case. Try to change them at least once a week and see if the problem clears up.

Ok I'm not sure if you mean your face ache's (pain) or has acne. If you mean acne, it might be your pillow. Probably the side you sleep on is the one that's breaking out. I'd try to wash my pillowcase more often.

Are you talking about acne or aching? They are very different. Or aching acne? Or acne that aches? Now I'm just being weird...!!

Most likely, it's the side that participates in more physical activity. That certainly does it to me! If you want quick pain relief, though, Ibroprofen works like a charm! Even generic brands.

do you sleep on that side? talk on the phone or rest your head in your hand on that side? these could be some possible reasons...
