I don't have to see God to believe. God is a spirit and we can't see spirit. We feel the air, but we can't see it, but you do believe, don't you?

The beauty of faith is that you do not have to see God to know that he is real. The same goes for love. How do you know that your parents love you? You can't see love, but you have faith that they love you. Furthermore, we have the word of God, the bible to guide us. The bible is an ancient text that is still the world's best selling book and is the most highly debatable publication. There must be great power in the message of the bible to stir up so much controversy.

Either god exists or god doesn't exist. Most reasonable people accept the existence of that which they can confirm through their senses. Likewise, many people refuse to believe in Bigfoot until such time as a body or some other tangible evidence is produced. If god existed and cared to be known, it would seem reasonable for he/her/it to demonstrate its existence. That hasn't happened though, so it is highly improbable then that god exists.

I assume you are speaking about yourself. I have never believed that you can only believe if you see God. In my opinion God picks very few mortals in life to actually communicate and show himself to. I happen to know one significant person who was in my life that this happened to. In life everyone should have some sort of belief to help make it through. My belief happens to be God whom I have never physically seen, but have definitely witnessed his powers within my life. This is a very personal subject, and I'm sure most people have their own opinions, but I don't believe one has to see God to believe.

There is no way we can see God, but we can experience the Holy Spirit (God). When u have this esoteric experienc, u become a knower & no longer a believer. That is the different.

I can believe in a lot of things I cannot see, but just because someone says something is real doesn't mean that I have to believe it. It's called rational thought.

We have to see him or want to because in our society we believe things we mostly see not hear. Someone can tell you God is real all day and there is a bible to prove his word. I myself have trouble with this and struggle with it. Yet I see Gods miracles everyday!!

I dont think so ...we believe the air exists cuz we know we breathe it ...if we search within ourselves we will find a kind of power which is different from other powers,we will feel a special desire which makes us strong when we r in need.A power which we we refer to it and depend on it even when we dont accept it!THAT IS GOD
