Nice flash sequence in the intro. Its good that you gave visitors a way to break out of it if they don't want to see it.
I would also give them a way to turn off the music in the background on the main pages.
Design and layout look good. Perhaps you could add some DHTML navigation (or flash if you don't want to worry about cross-browser issues) to make it look a little more high-tech, but its not necessary

needs a new webhost without the ads, the page needs to be centered, sound/music needs to be optional.
tons of free webhost, ones without ads or banner is important.
