should have gone double dutch (pills & condom) then no one could blame you for not trying. but seriously, nature has designed the female body to get pregnant, and has all sorts of tricks up her sleeve to make it so, what with hormones and what not

Well it's Natures Fault, It takes 2 to tango. She did it and He did it, The Fact is there's a pregnancy. If neither are mature enough to have a child, then perhaps adoption is the best idea. But there are a lot of other options. but that's a different question. As to who's fault it is, it's both Boy and Girl's fault, and thus BOTH must take responsibilty for it but, in ANY case it is the girls decision what to do about it, as it's her life that is threatened by the pregnancy, and nobody even an unborn has the right to threaten her life. Even with modern medicene pregnancy can be risky.

There is one factor called meant to be. I would say that both made a baby so both at fault. Even though proper precautions were in place it happens. If you decide to have sex even with all the precautions in the world you still have to be mature and ready to deal with all of the consequences. it is not a babies fault. Try to think of all your options abortion, adoption and raising your child yourself. You now hold a moral obligation to someones life being in your hands. I would make a choice on one that would carry no regrets and selfishness on both of your parts. Good Luck and God bless on your decision that will effect the rest of your lives forever no matter what you decide.

Its your fault because you should be in control of your body at all times. But maybe you both are suppose to have to this baby together and that's just the way god made it. If you want to look at it as natures fault sure, then God meant for you two to have this baby. So just have the baby you'll see, they are very wonderful. They will change you.

It is the girl and boy's fault. They made the wrong choice. We all have self control, it is just a matter of if we want to practice it or not. Pills are not 100 percent, neither is the condom, only abstinance is 100 %

Primary fault: The boy, for not using condoms or using them wrongly, and then for lying about it and claim that he did use. =)
As you say, sexual urges are almost impossible to repress, plus, to do so leads to a very unsatisfying life.
Abstinence is not a sensible choice.
However, condoms are. They have less than 0.5% chance of failure. The man should have known that, and used them responsibly.
Secondary faults:
*Society, for not educating the young couple better about the risks of pregnancy and the different method to avoid it.
*The young couple's familiy, as members of society, for the same reason.
*The girl, for not demanding that he use a condom.
*Religious right, as members of society, for preventing awareness government programs to be put in place.
*If socio-economic factors prevented the boy from using a condom, again, that's society's fault.
--------------------------------
If the condom really broke, which is highly unprobable, then, yeah, it's the fault of the condom company for faulty products, and ultimately, a decision of destiny/ fate/ nature/ god/ whatever.
But, I cannot stress this enough, condoms have a 99.5% or more, probability of success.
If we could only educate more our youths and poor into using them, and helped them afford it, this scenarios would not happen.

Lust does not always lead to sexual activity. There is a problem with your logic. People have methods of controlling their hormones.
I'm not saying the girl is at fault; both people are at fault.

Does the girl not factor into this? Its the fault of BOTH parties involved........the ONLY sure fire way of birth control is not having sex.

it is nobody's fault that she got pregnant because she was taking precautions. So it is natures fault because God must have wanted her to have a baby.
