Until you are actually bleeding and having pain you could have a perfectly healthy baby in there.

I will give you the good and the bad.

Good maybe the baby is not as far along as the sac looks it be.

Bad Maybe the baby did not develop and your body has not yet noticed the non development.

I miscarriaged at about 10 weeks, there was everything there, but the baby was not complete, the baby itself measured at six weeks, which meant at six weeks it died and I carried it for another four, before I actually miscarried.

You never know the outcome, pray for the best and hope everything turns out for the better.

My sister in law and myself had both had miscarriages. Both were very different, she had hers about a month before me, and she went in to hear the heartbeat and there was none, they gave her these pills and later had her go in for a DNC, she didnt want to take the pills and was in denial, but she did, as for me I started bleeding and went to the ER, they did an exam and two sonograms, nothing was to be found, the next evening into the morning after I passed it on my own...7 wks is still early and you just may not be able to hear it, schedule an appt in a couple weeks. Just keep that in mind, it is still early. I wish you the best!

Sounds like a blighted ovum...Sperm and egg mett (you're pregnant) and then don't develop. So you aren't really pregnant I went for a scan at 9 weeks, and all they saw was a sac...so I had to have a d&c to clear it out, or I could have just waited for it to miscarry naturally...I voted for a d&c

one of two things

you have miscarried, and sometimes our body doesn't get rid of the pregnancy by itself and needs help

or..
you are not as far along as you thought you were and the next ultrasound could show more progress.
