Look for something in the fuse box that ties all those items together, if they all quti at same time then its a common problem on the same circut, check the relays and power dist block for a bad connection. But since you say the battery is dead then replace it first low battery will cause erratic operation of those things and you cannot check it properly with a bad battery it will give false readings. All power windows and moonroofs have a relay or fuse, check that its usally a 40 amp fuse or bigger relay under hood. but you deff have a power shortage problem, could be a bad short or wire those cars are known to be very bad thats why gm got rid of them.

Have you got a library nearby, you can go there and look at auto manuals. You may not be able to check them out, but you can photo copy the needed pages. The things you mentioned draw a lot of current. Does it have a circuit breaker instead of a fuse?

you probably have an open circuit, check to see if in your owners manual if it has a relay for those accessories then check to see if you car has a good ground. the battery died because it has a someting drawing the power out or its not capable of taking a charge take it to the shop and have it checked

Check your alternator, and possibly have your battery tested.
