if you are using outlook express or another mail client like that the incoming server settings would be wrong if u are not receiving

you most likely have some spyware on your computer. You need to block it. go to internet options, privacy, sites and then in the blank above that type the name of the url that has the spyware, such as zedo.net and then click the block button and it will block that url from setting any cookies on your computer.
there are many other spy sites you need to block too, if you are ever getting spyware from them. you do the same thing for each of the sites. that's how you block them
