I don't know what town you're in but you should look up the Plato's Closet near you. There are over 150 stores around the country.
They're a unique recycling retail store just for teens and young adults (girls junior sizes 00-15/16 and guys waist sizes 28-38/40) — they buy and sell the latest looks in gently used clothing and accessories from the hottest names.
It's not your typical resale store. And if you need some cash, go through your overflowing closet and bring in your cool stuff. They pay you cash on the spot for the items we can sell.
If you shop there you'll get a lot of clothes for a little cash!

Target is cool, Old navy Don't ever shop at walmart, and get to the mall girl I just spent about 150 bucks at Foleys and I got 3 shirts 2 collared button ups and a nice Timberland shirt. Look online for Fashion Wharehouse stores becasue alot of them seel last years model clothes for really good prices.

I love target. But, when buying clothes for less you have to keep something in mind: you can have a cheap t-shirt that looks great, you can even buy a messenger bag that will be really really cool, or nice sneakers, but you will never be able to hide a cheap pair of jeans! save big bucks on a shirt and spend them, if you can, in a pair of jeans that fits perfect and is done with a great fabric

well, you can go to places like tj maxx or marshalls,
but personally, i like old navy-
their sales rack is always full of hott and cheap clothes,
and they have colorful and interesting stuff
thats where im plannin on goin for some last minute school clothes shopping
but, just for the record, im polish so i go over to poland a lot, and europe definitely has the best clothing!!! i brought back 3 pairs of shoes

Well If U want to look "cool" like you said the best places are TJ MAxx,Marshalls,And umm...Even Targets!Targets HAs cute clothes and shoes for less!

Just go to the mall and look around for deals. At some chain store a few years ago, I found a deal: 5 t-shirts for $12. It was PacSun or something.

Target, Old Navy, Marshalls are the best that I know of.
Stay away from Wal-Mart - that place is evil, and their clothes are CHEAP.

I agree with the other person, Forever 21 and H&M are the best stores for cute clothes for less. www.forever21.com and www.hm.com for store locations.
