Well Anjon, I'm not sure what gender you are and that would make a difference on your weight. My wife weighed about 98 lbs. when we got married and she wasn't worried, so I figure you're male.
First, it sounds like you have a lactose intolerance. That could cause stomach pain and more. I have a friend that's lactose intolerant (severe case) and they even throw up if they drink milk.
Do you have sweet acidopholus cultured milk in your country? The culture is supposed to help you break down the lactose in the dairy. Also I wouldn't recommend any diary prodcut made from un-pasteurized milk (like some cheeses), until you know more facts.
I would definelty have a body fat analysis done, dropping below 3% body fat is not good for you. You're skin will be flaky and dry and your hair will lose it shine. Other problems occur as well. EVO (Extra Virgin Olive) oil is excellent for cooking, salads, etc. It's a fat that's good for you.
Working and studying full time usually causes not only stress but a poor diet. Try to get your three meals a day and snacks. Keep exercise light, but do it on a regular basis. Walking is always good. If you study at a PC, get up once every hour or so and let your eyes relax. Staring at a monitor for hours can cause migrain-type headaches. Walk outside into the natural sunlight for 10-15 minutes.
Fresh air, sunshine, good food all contribute to a healthy person. So does being with other people. Jeff Smith (The Frugal Gourmet) often said that what we eat is not so important as how we eat. Eating alone is a terrible thing. Either go out among poeple or invite a friend to "break bread" with you. Having someone sitting across from you at the table makes the food taste better and actually makes mealtime more healthful.
Good Luck and Good health.

Stess can be a major factor is causing health problems. I encourage you to try some stress relieving actvities such as yoga, meditation, even go old fashioned walking. You really need to treat yourself well. Add a multi vitamin to your diet and stay away from caffiene.. Your main concern should be to decrease your stress levels. Learn what stresses you out and try to avoid those situations. Also, make sure that you are getting enough sleep at night, very important. Good luck

Do what your doctor said and eat plenty of fruits and vegetables. Stay away from highly processed foods and refined sugar. Eating healthy has to be a conscious effort, that means no junk food (hamburgers, french fries, chips etc). Eat whole grains, lean meat and fish.
If you are worried all the time, it will have a huge impact on your health. Start reading the Bible and learn about God. He is wonderful and you can learn to trust Him with your problems.

With all the tests available today I think you should have your doctor do some futher investigation. You can have a CT scan, Ultrasound or they can visualize your stomach with a small camera ran down your throat. In this day an age there are no reasons to not know what is going on with your health.

He may be thinking that you have a stress-induced ulcer.
There has been a LOT of research in the US indicating
that most ulcers are caused by a virus, NOT stress or other
dietary issues.
Yes, milk (lactose) IS hard to digest, but if you can fix the
ulcer, you may be able to drink it again. Has your doctor
told you exactly what you have? Is it likely that he knows
about the research on ulcer viri?

eat plenty of meats for protein, fruits and vegetables for vitamins. Since you can drink milk try soy milk. Its better than milk. Also ask your doctor to give you a diet to help you gain weight and to help you to become healthier.

I get stomach pains when stressed too. A while back my doctor told me to stop eating wheat products....then it turned out that all I had was IBS which causes me to get horrible stomach cramps when I get stressed out or worried.
