It depends on different factors...what caused the injury, if you were off work due to it, if the injury was self imposed... and so on. Best just to ring a solicitors and they will let you know if you have a chance. But be warned, it will probably take at least a year to resolve if you do stand a chance.

If the scarring is on the face and is making you look really bad and it is affecting you mentally then you probably have a case but if it's just a little scar then don't waste your or anybody Else's time. The injury would have to cause a great deal of problems for you to have a claim. Sometimes it's not worth the effort for a little money. Sometimes insurance companies can make your life a misery during a claim as well so just work out if it's worth it.

sit in front of the telly for an advert break tomorrow daytime and ring one of the numbers, if there is the slightest chance I am sure they will look into it
