I suppose you could use a clear plastic substitute. Glass is
heavy enough where it would require a lot of fuel to lift. It also
isn't very strong.
That being said, it would also contribute to heating up the
aircraft - which could be good or bad, depending on what
altitude you are at. You would need to plan your airconditioning
appropriately. Conversely at night, it would radiate heat and
you would need to heat appropriately.
It would be very cool the first time you flew ... but would it be
worth it the 2nd?

I think it would be possible to have it the same glass the windows are made of. Not the entire roof, but a few good moon roofs so to say.

The Pressure of outside and the weather changes will not let the glass hold its position and it would break plus Glass would cost more than aluminum which is recycled so its not phys able

No, you would take from the hull stability... It would be possible to put windows on the top but not the entire top made of glass.

Stars would be nice but I think it would be more interesting to make the floors of class so you could actually see the earth below you.

Possible, but not practical.
It would have to be thick enough to resist the temperature variants and that may make it too heavy.

stress would certainly break it the aircraft. i'm no engineer but i'm sure aircrafts have to be made with semi-flexible material.

Maybe a polycarbonate, but not glass. It has to be flexible, & metal is & glass is not...
