do you mean play??? then try downloading it again.....try limewire.com it's free and just install the program...download it....search for the song under audio files...download it....then "explore it"...copy it to your computer and on itunes go under file and click "add file to library"
it's not hard once you get used to it
by the way what natalie imbruglia song are you referring to??? "torn" is one of my personal favorites
