Depends on the shades. And how your putting them together. If your friend likes the look together then that's all that matters. Make yourself happy and don't care if othes like it or not. Be your own person - and go for it. And yes some do go well together.

a lighter purple with a ver subtle peach would look great.....
but a dark purple would never go with any shade of peach! so be careful when you choose!
