Where do I find answers to questions about questions?

I don't want to spend a month on Yahoo!Answers before I learn how to ask good questions.

Not being smart, but Yahoo! Answers is the answer to your question. It just takes awhile to get pass the B.S. and the immaturity.

there is no good questions what good to you might be a silly or stupid question to same one
