Use witch hazel. You can buy it at a grocery store or health food store, and comes in a nice lemon scent if you buy the Thayers brand, which I like the most. It is really cheap and is a great cleanser. It takes the stuff right off. After using it your lips may be a little dry and red if you rubbed them, so apply a good chapstick. I use Este Lauder all day lip color and when I get home I use the witch hazel and it all comes off onto the cotton ball.

Try a simple cotton swab with lotion.
This works for all types of make-up, including that hard to get eyeliner that always seems to linger.
I like to use Clinique Dramatically Different Moisturizing lotion, but honestly, any lotion will do.

I would try vasaline petroleum jelly cause you notice when you wear these lipsticks, if you eat anything with oil in it, the color will let go. Try it...couldn't hurt.
