Assuming both were real and were indeed out to have lunch...
I would have go with The Doomsday weapon. You can argue a case to Galactus (to not have him eat your planet) as he is a "living thinking" thing while the Doomsday machine was simply a programed "can't be swayed" thing.
Galactus may also get angry that something like this exists and will simply destroy it anyways (he ain't evil... he just likes planest like we'd enjoy a steak)!

Galactus simply because he is the only survivor from the previous universe that existed before this universe was formed, and Galactus doesn't just eat planets he eats star systems as well, Galactus would just keep the Doomsday weapon around as a toy for his amusement.

Im not too worried about Galactus, i know Silver Surfer and Nova would probably fend him off
but then again, Galactus might send his minions like Firelord after them, so we might not get saved...
...so I really dont know..

neither, cause we have the ultimate nullifyer to kick the **** out of galactus, and we have captain kirk to kick the **** out of the doomsday weapon
