I have heard that rubbing them with potatoes works. But the book I read it in said that it has yet to be confirmed. I think you'll end up in the Dr. office to have it removed.

You definately need to see a doctor. If it is a small, minor mole without any signs of cancer, your family doctor can remove it. He will most likely shave it off...don't worry it's not as bad as it sounds. Whatever you do, get it checked out. Even the most innocent mole could be dangerous!

There is no way to do this yourself and you should NOT mess with moles anyway. The only way is surgery. You will never change the colour of it whatever you do........the pigment is too deep .
Have you tried learning to live with it? Some of the famous beauties of the world PAINTED them ON!!! Obviously, it's easy for me to spout off...I ain't got that problem......I've got different ones though.
Relax. You're self-conscious about it. Probably far more conscious of it than anybody who sees it.....

there is no way but for seeing a dermatologist and having it burned off (less painful than it sounds and shouldn't leave much of a scar)..

don't "mess with it" in anyway yourself - you could turn a begnign mole inot something else by agrevating it . .se a dermatologist.

Moles can be early signs of cancer. You SHOULD see a doctor or dermatologist.

Otherwise, the only alternative I could suggest would be a good foundation makeup to cover it.

you can put makup over it but beyond that its not going away with out surgery, the best you can hope is if it faded on its own after a few years.it may fade to the point that you cant see it clearly but it will take years to happen, thats what happened to me.

Just leave it alone and call it a beauty mark.
