Yes I had this problem with certainweb sites this year
You have to download some software, I forget what to receive some mails.

your supposed to be able to. i have friends with key-pals in france, and they communicate just fine.

ask your email provider. only they would know that. if yahoo is your email provider forget it then. they don't help free users
