Help with spots?

Does anyone know of a really good face wash or the best way to beat acne. I supose I mean overall complexion. Spots and blackheads.

The best way I have found to beat acne is to keep the affected skin clean and dry and keep your hands off of it! If you're worried about scars, I think hand lotion or cocoa butter is supposed to help. Personally, I don't care much for cocoa butter because it's too greasy. It's good to use it on occasion, but not often. If you have facial hair, it will help you to shave before you do all of this. Facial hair can make it difficult to keep your face as clean as you need to to prevent acne. Good luck!
