Interesting site, thank you!

I don't think I qualify as having been an Indigo Child. I get along with people, but I'm shy as anything when on the pull.

I always was attracted to the intellectual stimulus of older people around me. I liked to learn learn learn.

I never did much dating when at school, but I got along better with the girls than playing soccer (always the goalie) with the guys.

I guess its just all down to social skills and ones background. Those who are lucky to have parents that take time to be with their children, granparents that can share tehir life experiences, and other family members that care, will have an outlook on life that cannot compare to children that don't get quality parental time.

This then comes out at school where kids are cruel (just like Tweety, now that I watch the cartoons as an adult...)

Anyway, I shall read the site and learn something new. Thank you.

Have a free hug from Spain!!!!

me feels special!!! lol.
funny you ask, i think i'm in a house with 3 of them right now and i like to have faith in the possibility that some of us are starting out new, with no old Karma bringin us down, the only way is up, i certainly didn't have 'that' childhhood but always felt i was special, more of of us are awakening, i am a healer and i have somethingto offer the world, but not an indigo child, i love all creature though, indigo kids and indigo haters alike, i just have more faith in the happiness of one more that's all.

I am very wary of yet another label. Are we not all individuals - some of us share certain things in common - like intuition or a preference to be around people older than ourselves. The term indigo child sounds a bit twee to me.

Advice to people who are taken in by the indigo child thing,

Read "The Midwich cuckoos"
Watch "Village of the Damned"

Try coming up with a new idea.

I probably am. As a child, I had several tests performed on me to make sure my brain is working properly because of some of my odd behaviours.

If I try, I can accurate foresee a future event. It always works..but I don't like doing it because if always gives me a feeling of doom. Plus I have no real direction of what I'm going to see...I think it's a kinda useless ability.
