What's weird is that it's probably women. They know all about common stuff like hair, makeup, or whatever.

Physiologically, the only ones that count are men. Humans must breed in order for the species to survive. We have evolved that way.
However, we have also evolved with enough intelligence to do things in a manner, counter to survival, such as the desire for some of us to drive dangerously fast, jump out of airplanes, swim with sharks. None of these activities promote survival, but we just like to do it.
Fortunately, we have also developed drugs and medical techniques so that when these activities go horribly wrong, some of these people manage to survive and breed anyway.
It also means that we, in the Western world have developed a society in which women compete for the selecting of breeding partners in a very counter survival way.
WOMEN DRESS TO IMPRESS OTHER WOMEN.
It is only by coincidence, and just plain luck that often, the costumes a woman selects to impress and make other women jealous are the costumes than men like.
But, men are very simple, often stupid people. We buy into the make-up, hosiery, body shaping, foundation garment illusion with very little thought about the reality of the bait.
So, ladies, go ahead and compete. Seek out the best shade of lip color. Prop up the best hair do. Squeeze into the latest fabrics and make your sisters green with envy.
We will just sit back in our blue jeans and tee shirts and watch the parade. But please. Once in a while will some of you pause just long enough to wipe the drool off of our chins?

i'm no longer so constructive about that statistic. i'm a lady, yet i do not base judgment on gender. I base it on the problem. operating example, enable's say a lady murdered yet another lady out of self protection. if so i'd shrink the sentence because she used self protection. In different words, if she did not act to look after herself she might want to were useless first. So it is thoroughly comprehensible. inspite of the undeniable fact that, if a lady murdered yet another because she had blue eyes (it truly is a real tale, have self assurance it or no longer), then i'd label the female as a lunatic and sentence her to existence in detention center.

Depends on who you ask. If you are talking about body parts only, then men. If you are talking about the whole picture, then women.

I think women are better judges of 'actual' beauty ascetically, not just sexually

women get jealous of pretty girls so I would say men...cause Ive seen girls say that halle berry and Tyra are ugly and THEY GOTT TO BE CRAZY.
