I have either wanted to act in a tv show on disney channel or meet someone famous such as Hannah Montana:Miley cyrus. or Josh hutcherson or anyone on disney channel!!!

Go to school and take drama classes. Take them seriously and study, and work hard toward becoming a better actor. Then go to every audition you can.
Instant success is a myth. It has happened so infrequently that you are more likely to be hit by lightning in your basement. The only sure way to success is to place your eyes on the prize and work toward it. Even that doesn't work everytime but it's by far your best chance.
Finally, celebrities are often not the wonderful people we think they are. I'm a minor celebrity in a certain field and can assure you that some people are disappointed when they meet me. What you see on TV and daydream about in your mind is usually not what you get when you meet face to face.
