umm i have proactiv and it does work but you need to buy sunscreen with it because some skin types could get stained with the sun. there is another kind of proactiv sold by walmart is called acne solutions or acne free and its the same thing just cheaper

depends on your skin type really. if you have very oily skin than it won't do ALL that much. will help but not as much as you like. if you're in between dry and oily then it's perfect and works great. only downside is you have to use it constantly. those little kits can cost anywhere from 30-70 and that's for a 1 month supply. so you can see it'll add up really quick.

it does, but at the same time it dosent, but it does cost alot of money, everyones skin is different so not everyones skin will compact with it. i used it and it heald my acne but it still kept coming back so i use clean and clear with benzoyl stuff in it i forgot how to spell it and it worked wonders!!! 7 bucks for a tube and it gets rid of pimples in a day or so and it drys up the oil on ur face so u dont have a shiny face all day. good luck!

I have terrible "adult acne." I am 41. My sister was using it and I went to visit her in Texas. I stayed 5 days. While I was there on the second day, she offered to let me use it for the rest of the time I was there. I saw an incredible difference in my skin in only four days!!! I am a faithful user of Proactive now and would recommend it to everyone. Check E-Bay for great buys!

Only if you have severe acne. I have pimples every now and then, and I got pro-active to try and it just really dried out my face and my face became all scaly and peely...yuck! So, I would do it only for severe acne. =) I'm sure it works for those cases!

Im using it right now and I think it works pretty good. No mircale like the commercial, but I don't have skin that is that bad either. Everyone's skin different though, try it.

I don't know, I've always wanted to get it also but I don't want to spend the money if it doesn't work. My sister in-law's friend told me it works great but you have to keep using it otherwise it stops working. If you get it and find out that it does work let me know! Thanx, and good luck ;)

It didn't work 4 my mom but others it have worked 4. E.g. I had this classmate and she had some small red bumps on her face. It looked HORRIBLE!! She used proactive and it looked better. Not all the bumps left, but her face looked better.

it works for many, but not for all ...
a friend of mine with acne since middle school, still has adult acne. proactiv did not work when he tried their product, even following their instructions for several weeks.
so, you may want to give it a try to see if it works for you, but don't pay for a huge amount, just a starter package.
good luck!
