sorry to come into the ladies section, but i really need some help for my friend....
I have a very very close friend of mine who has some problem in her body... She is 23 and still hasn't attended her periods.... Therefore she cannot become pregnant if she gets married...
The worst part is, she cannot have sex... If she even gets that kind of a feeling, a nerve in her vagina starts bleeding (this is not the regular blood and dirt that comes out of a women's body during her periods).... Pure blood starts coming out of her body and she becomes very very weak.... All this if she just feels a little sexy... Imagine what will happen if has sex (She will die)... The doctors have said there's no soulution to this problem.... but i really want her to be well.... PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE HELP.... Some expert doctor / gynecologist you know who can help....

If you think this is a fake why the hell did some of you reply... Can't you just keep quite instead of hurting other's feelings... My previous questions might have been silly... But this isn't.. First of all , "dirt" does not come out of a womans body, at any time. Secondly, this sounds like a made up condition to let you off the hook easily, instead of just telling you she doesnt want to have sex with you. There is no nerve in the vagina that will automatically start bleeding when women think of sex, that is just absurd. Thirdly, women can still become pregnant even though they have not "attended" thier periods yet. Do some research.

need more details to adequately help... is she circumcised? (in some cultures this is the leading cause of what you describe)
magerious... supercillious git... it is possible that this can occur depending on the patient's sophistication their explanation may be less well described... this does occur in circumcised females occasionally, so I would suggest harvard edu extend their database
trebobnagrom... research a little yourself... a female that has not had menarche cannot fall pregnant... what the cause of this failure to have menarche is is varied. with regards the dirt comment... well I agree it's not dirt... but in some cultures it's not considered altogether clean... and while you may make excuses not to sleep with your partner this is quite the unusual one... stick to a headache then?
bwjordan... my learned colleague... the clitoris contains many nerves and may in unsophisticated patients be mistaken for one... and sexual stimulation causes an erection of the clitoris... any residual clitoral tissue may bleed in such a case... if you're a doctor in the US it is possible that you've never encountered such a problem... maybe you should travel a bit... perhaps lend a hand in Africa or Asia... although you might need a broader mind...

where do you live?
I also wonder if she has been circumcised as well... thinking about sex won't make someone bleed, but touching the area may make it bleed, & if the area has been sewn up, it would make her "not get periods" at that age.
please edit your posting & add more information as to your location.
as for the rest of you, don't make fun... not everyone here is from the US, people from other countries post here too & dont' always have perfect english.

#1: blood vessels bleed, not nerves
#2: being sexually stimulated does not cause a change in anything that would cause bleeding.
#3: Becoming weak from vaginal bleeding would take hours, not seconds or minutes.
