I can't seem to get it to work. I can get the hyperlink to work but when I try to embed I just get a white square where the video should be. I've been doing it this way. Click on the embed link then copy. Go to blog and check html. then go back and paste. And then check html again. Just get blank screen. What am I doing wrong?

get firefox web browser, and the extension for it called Unplug. you should be able to go to the page that streams the youtube video and right click somewhere on the page. a menu option called unplug will allow you to open another tab or window showing links to all possible media there. there will be a message below one link that says this is the one you want. click save. and rename it. then download the riva flv converter and change it to an mpeg then you can use the video clip however you want to.

Try this - the next time you watch a video off any site that you can't download directly do the following
right click your internet explorer
click internet properties
click settings in the temporary internet files section
Click viewfiles & set the tab for windows media files...
Find what you are looking for and copy & paste it - or drag it to whatever folder you want it for...

You just cut all of it and paste it. Maybe it's the internet of yours or the webpage in your computer is damaged. You'll see that if you try it on another computer it'll appear. Just do the right cutting and pasting.
