...when people drive under the posted speed limit?

I guess it shouldn't, but it really gets on my nerves, especially if I can't pass them.

they only do that if you are in a hurry to get somewhere, and I think they do it on purpose. I don't mind it so much if they are just under the limit. For instance, if the speed limit is 45 and someone is going 43. Also, if they appear to be picking up speed, doesn't bother me. What DOES bother me, however, is when they are doing 35 in that 45, all the way down the road, you can't get around them, they are obviously lost, and there is nothing you can do about it. OR when they come to a complete stop in the middle of the street to make a right hand turn into a business. Grrrr! They don't have to come to a complete stop! Then it takes me several miles to get back up to my speed! Happens to me all the time!

Yes. And you can get a ticket for driving under the speed limit also.

Why shouldn't it? I think your reaction is pretty normal.

It most definately drives me crazy when the car ahead of me is driving very slow and I can't get around them!

I really get super annoyed if they're driving slow because they are talking on a cell phone! like they could careless about anyone else around them!

I also feel extremely annoyed and frustrated when I am behind a car driving very slow that refuses to pass people riding bicycles in the road when it would be very easy for them to get ahead of the bicyclists so that I can do the same!

grrrrr!!!

i can't stand it when i'm driving behind someone going 35mph when the limit is 60mph, going up hill, in a long line of vehicles only to find out the cause is 15 cars ahead and there's no way to pass them and no detours

Especially when I am on my way to work or an appointment... that seems to be the time that I end up behind these people.
