Do exercises that work your chest muscles underneath.

Although you can tone the pectoralis major muscle underneath the breast tissue which will help lift the bust area, breast tissue is fat, not muscle, so any weight loss will cause the fat cells to shrink & your breasts become smaller.
You can apply bust firming products which have a firming effect on the skin of the breast, giving it a better appearance, but prevention is better than cure! You need a well fitting bra (most women wear the wrong size, so it's worthwhile getting fitted), as if it's not supportive, this can cause breasts to sag.
The only 'solution' is a mastopexy or breast uplift operation where the nipple is removed & placed higher up & excess skin is removed. It's expensive & risky, as the nipple is removed, there is a risk of losing nipple sensation.
Hope this helps.

Well since u said u need "help" with this, here is what I advise. Get some 5lb dumbbells[or whatever u can lift] and lay on your back. Raise the dumbbells and bring them down. Do about 5 sets of 10 every day. Not only with this firm up your breast tissues/muscles and bring your boobs "back up," you will keep your arms and other body parts from getting saggy as well. :)

One way to firm your girls up is to excersise and start doing womenly weights for your chest area. That is one way that will really firm them up. There are other ways like firming creams but make sure its with a familiar brand and nothing to cheap. Cheaper is not always better.

There are new products out there for skin firming. I've not tried any of them. I know Dove offers one. Also, push-ups will tone the mucscles there. Though, If it is really bad, I don't know that you can besides having surgery. A push up bra is a good alternative.

Don't bother, just find a guy who's really into saggy boobs and you're set! There's plenty out there, and plenty who just don't care ;-)

I dont think you can without surgery!
There are pectoral excercises you can do with weights but I dot know how affective that is. Have you tried using chicken fillets?
I have just bought some as I have breastfed 2children-need I say more?!!!!!

Every night place a very cold flannel on your boobs. For about 10 mins.
