Store brands,name brands, or some of both?

Whatever is on sale and if I have a coupon for it that's all the better. If generic store brand is cheaper I go with that. There are very few products that I just have to have a certain kind of.

that depends on the product. For food, mostly I go for the store brand, unless I've found from experience that peticular food tastes better in the name brand. But clothes for me, usually name brand...clothes for my kids, both but if I buy them myself, its usually store brand kuz kids grow so quickly and they are soooo messy, they just stain them up anyways.

Usually name brands. They seem to be more consistant. The strore brands are often made by different manufacturers at different times so you don't know what you are going to get.
