"exosomaticall" in general means "out of body" or "extra-personally".

Now, depending on where (which topic) and which specific sentence it is being used, its definition can be fine tuned.

For example, in paranormal/parapsychology, it can refer to "out of Body" experiences (Astral Travel).

Where biologist use the term when they talk about human evolution process, as they believe human evolution proceeds, largely, by developing new organs outside our bodies or persons: "exosomatically".

I have also seen this term to be used in topics such as "Knowledge Objectives" or in communications between those who believe in UFOs!

I don't think that's a word. I looked it up at dictionary.com and it said that there was no entry found. Good Luck.
