You want to eat lots of protein, like eggs, pasta, and meats. You can take protein shakes. My husband is a weightlifter, and he eats a lot, but healthy stuff, not fast food. He drinks a protein shake everyday, along with muscle milk. He already gained 11 pounds of muscle mass. My boss is a weightlifter also, he eats 8 boiled eggs a day, and he's huge! Hope i helped you out some. Good luck!

Bread and pasta tend to be the best. It is what the movie starts eat when they are bulking up for a role. Although if it is muscle mass youare after then got for some high protein foods such as fish, red meat and eggs. And also rememeber to do weights!

If you read the ingrediants on weight gain products, you find that the main ingrediant is skimmed milk powder. You can buy supermarket own brand and add some to soup, yoghurt, porridge or anything else suitable. Its high in proterin and low in fat.
If you're not weight training while you eat it you'll put on weight, but if you;re training you'll put on muscle.

If you just bump up on sugars and junk foods its not good, healthwise. The healthiest weight gainers, are to drink full fat milk, and eat more carbs like rice, potatoes, and pasta.
Sumo wrestlers bump up on plenty of rice. Drink plenty of water, to help digest all this extra energy food, and still exersise...gently, to keep this extra weight firm and not flabby.
Sugars and Fats will make you unhealthy if overdosed, and so the "proffessional" way to gain, is Plenty, of extra carbs, and milk.
You can buy powders to gain weight, most are a mix of protiens, vitamins, and guess what, you mix them with......Milk! So just drink milk, take cheapest brand vitamins, eat protien, along with your carbs, and have extra carb meals.

You want to use carb loading to build up the starch in your muscles. This starch (glycogen) holds water in your muscles maximizing your weight. If you're really asking how to increase your actual muscle bulk you have to do that the old-fashioned way.

Eat A LOT OF FATS and SUGARS <-But BE CAREFUL to watch your blood glucose level! MY SUGGESTION is to use one of those Blood-glucose monitors to keep tabs on your Glucose and cholesterol levels.
Also keep tabs on all you other "criticals" in your system. B.P. / respiration / other systems because this splurge(??) could be a permanent addition to your body - one that will cost you later on.
