What's the best site on which to create a personal blog?

I want to start a blog but not really satisfied with the inflexible formats of MySpace and Yahoo 360.

I want to post pics with the blog entries (cant do on MySpace) and I want to be able to customize the homepage a bit more...

Any suggestions?

I'd go with LJ (livejournal).
