What's the difference between MapleGlobal and Maplesea?

I no they both have clients to download, but is there any difference between their clients. If so, what are they? Thanks!

They both are the same basic game but:

MapleGlobal:
Mostly English Speakers

MapleSEA:
South East Asia (hence SEA), so mostly...south east asian languages.

They both have different material released on their servers.

The only thing similar is the basic game. Practically everything else is different.
