i dont know Prince charles comes close. but look at the kings and presidents in africa who let american pharmarcy companies test drugs on there people for money.
These people think there getting help for aids and HIV but there really despensible people who are going to die anyway so thats why there tested on. one day the presidents and kings in africa will face judgement.
Look at all the american and british companies setting up in war torn africa.
oh well the stupidest king i know is god. He gave me words but not the power to stop bad things happening to people.
if he gave someone the power to stop what these people do id be so happy.

Jimmy Carter was inept but I wouldn't call him stupid. George Bush couldn't speak in public to save his life but he's not stupid.
I think Louis XVI or Nero were the worst rulers ever in my book.
