Yahoo account keeps saying "de-activated"??

Question

I have a friend who keeps trying to set up an account with Yahoo. But everytime she does she gets a message that says "your account has been de-activated". She's done this twice and both times it will let her use it for a few days, then it sends her this message. Any ideas why?

She doesn't use her account enough, so yahoo suspends it. So when she trys logging in, she has to re-activate it.
