The calendar size would be helpful if it was 8 1/2 x 11, as that fits on the paper in our copying machine. Any help you can give wold be appreciated. Thank you.

Do you want software where you enter the names and times on the computer, and then print out the schedule? If so, the Palm Desktop software might work for you. It's a free download, and you don't have to use a palm pilot to use the software.

Get it at http://www.palm.com/us/software/index.html
The desktop download is in the lower right hand corner.

If you want a blank template that you print out and then write on, you could use one at one of the following sites:

http://desktoppub.about.com/od/calendartemplates/

There are a lot of templates that might be useful in your program at http://www.educationworld.com/tools_templates/index.shtml
I think the graphic organizers would be great to use.

I'm not sure of the exact details you would need. But this page has a bunch of different forms, you could probably even edit them a little meet your needs.

You can always make one copy, white out the "home school mom" part and then make more copies.

If these don't meet your needs, I would play around in Excel. You can make some pretty cool things in there. Just drag the cells as big as you need them.
