Everyone gets spots sometimes. You probably just catch these "pretty girls" on a good day. There are lots of things you can do to prevent and treat spots (if you mean acne). Drink lots of water, lay-off the caffiene (chocolate, coffee, soda), and get in to a good cleaning routine (not too much because that can actually dry out your skin and make you more prone to outbreaks).
Also these pretty girls may cover up with make up (that is not good if you are trying to get rid of the problem not just trying to mask it). So what if you get some spots? people know what they are, they generally know why people get them, its a fact of life! We all have little things about us that make us feel less than normal and pretty, but just know that if this is something that people are not looking past, the problem is theirs not yours.

we do, we get blemishes sometimes to. some of the credit would have to be given to good genetics, and a really good skin care routine. cleanse, tone, moisturize, exfoliate and wear sunscreen always!!!!!!! Drink plenty of water and eat a well balanced diet.

hey, im sure ur prettyyyy! some people dont get stuff like that i guess because of either really good genetics, or really good acne medicine, or just really good makeup (which is probably the case) lol

they do, they cover them up or they just wash their face and take care of their skin really good

if you mean acne will, they take daily showers, or use proactive.
