No, it is not true. You need to do squats or get surgery.

You must have seen that move BEAUTY SHOP. I hate to disillusion you but greens will not give you Byonce' or a JLo butt. If you gain weight it's going to follow the contour of your body. So, if you have a flat butt, you'll have a bigger flat butt. The only thing that will give you a better but is exercise, but that will just lift what is sagging. You might need a butt implant. Or, if you just want to look better in your clothes, just buy a padded girdle. Mostly everybody is selling padded a$$es these days.

well, greens have nothing to do with it. They are just fibers and other than assuring a functional bowel movement, some aminoacids, sometimes carbohidrates and those precious vitamins, they have no other role.
The curves on those beautiful butts are actually fat. Yes, fat. So you know where that comes from, no need for me to tell you. But also tonifying the gluteus muscle there will help. So exercise as well.
But mainly, I'm sorry to say, it's genetics. And you can't interfere with that...

Unfortunately the shape of your body is genetic. There is nothing you can eat to change that. You could put on 50lbs and still have a flat butt. You should try doing some exercises that will build up your butt muscles.

Defo enormous butt, curves and a flat abdomen. I surely have all the above and that i like it. 50's clothing seem so intense-high quality on.... :) If I had to commerce off some thing i'd in all probability take the flat abdomen over the booty although...

No that is not true at all......I'm not sure how to make your butt get bigger except for you to eat fattening foods, but that would mean you gaining weight everywhere else so just try to accept your butt and yourself for what it is and remember everyone is their own worse critic.

What is Cholesterol? Cholesterol is a type of fat made by your liver. Cholesterol is a waxy substance found in all parts of your body. It helps make cell membranes, some hormones, and vitamin D. Cholesterol comes from two sources: your body and the foods you eat. Blood cholesterol is made in your liver. Your liver makes all the cholesterol your body needs. Dietary cholesterol comes from animal foods like meats, whole milk dairy foods egg yolks, poultry, and fish. Eating too much dietary cholesterol can make your blood cholesterol go up. Foods from plants, like vegetables, fruits, grains, and cereals, do not have any dietary cholesterol.

Do squats and do leg lifts where you get on all fours and then lift your legs one at a time in reps of 8-12. Do it in a motion like you are trying to kick yourself in the bum. Doggie style sex also helps.

greens will help you be healthy and feel better but not give you curves. Do butt excersizes like squats and the sumo-walk.
