Musicians are Zakk Wylde (BLS, Ozzy), Jimmy Page (Led Zeppelin, Yardbirds), Eddie Van Halen (Van Halen), Alexi Laiho (Children Of Bodom, Sinergy), Marilyn Manson (more so intellectually and lyrically), John Bonham (Led Zeppelin), Joey Jordison (Slipknot, Murderdolls).

Led Zeppelin for their time, were the best Rock & roll band ever.
I also loved the Stones and Queen, equally as much.
For this generation however. I think Tori Amos is the best female performer/artist and Jeff Buckley was the best male.
and my favorite band would have to be... way too many to pick just one... but that is the way the music biz is set up now days...
Speed and mass produced sameness.
I like Fall out boy for their quirky lyrics and unique sound.

That's hard to say. Greatest musician would have to be Prince. Greatest band- toss up between EW&F and Mint Condition.
