here is the Problem with Native American claims of country. They have a reservation and a limited tribal government, Most Native Americans ARE Proud to be Citizens of the United States.
Unlike other Indigenous peoples (misnomer because they are immigrants just like the rest of America) they have full rights as citizens and ties to their culture as well. They are not Hunted down and slaughtered because of their native status. They can expect some greater assistance from the dual citizenship they enjoy. As opposed to the Tamil tigers and other subcultures in the world. The Native American is now quite content to open casinos and sell low tax cigarettes. Funny you haven't heard much from the American Indian Movement since they learned that they have the right to do as they please on the reservation as well as anywhere else in the country that they call home.

As a community American I in all probability does not strategies that yet that's no longer the subject. On an earthly foundation, The Jews have been persecuted (like killed, raped and their properties burned down) from the time the Romans ejected them from Israel in 70 advert till after WW2. England owned, controlled, had the land that Israel and the Arab international locations now occupy. It became into desperate that the only way the Jews must be unfastened from being killed became into to have their own us of a. The UN has no authority to grant or take land from all people yet England agreed and Israel got here returned to life in 1948. On a non secular foundation, God controls who lives the place and God gave the land of Israel to the 12 tribes of Israel. God stated in the Bible that the Jews would be dispersed out of Israel yet ultimately He would carry them returned. that's what God did in 1948, He opened the way for the 12 Tribes of Israel to return to the Land of Israel. I believe you, to declare which you will desire to offer me some land as a results of fact I lived there 2000 years in the past does not make sense.

Good question. The difference is that the Jews are a religious group with a claim for Israel with a good base. The Native Americans were here before us, but they aren't really around anymore and they are not a religious group. Religion can be the strongest reason why to get things sometimes or refuse them. The Jews were actually in Palestine before part of it became Israel. With the Jews treatment in WWII it made their reason really good to get some land as a sort of an apology. If the Native Americans are around, they have modern technology and are mixed in with normal Americans. They have never really asked for their own land. The Jews asked for their land. They were there for more than a thousand years and were way more heavily persecuted than the Native Americans. Hope this helps!

What are they going to do with America if they get it back?
We know what Jews did with Israel - it's a beautiful country in what used to be a desert. How about American Indians? They would probably sell the country back to whites...So why give away and then buy what you already have?

Well, Israel didn't actually just claim the land. They bought it from Arabs who became very very wealthy as a result. If Native Americans wanted to buy a piece of land and America was willing to sell it, then it would be a comparable situation.

Unfortunately, while American Indians are a very diverse group, they just aren't a strong group - no economic wealth, no single philosophical vision, no established military, no political power base, etc, etc. They are so diverse they demonstrate these differences during tribal ceremonies. The Mohicans don't agree with the Zuni, who don't agree with the Cherokee, who don't agree with the Seminole, and I'm not even going to mention Eskimos or Hawaiians!! Jews, on the other hand, are one with each other. They want what they want b/c they believe it is their birth-right AND they are organized. Hope this answers your Q.

The main reason why Isreal was able to do it was because they had many nations that sympathized with them and backed them up 100%. What nations are backing or have back the American Indians to take back their land?
If you think about it...with all the animosity toward the US these days, now would be a perfect time for an indian uprising to gain the sympathy of other nations...Hmmm

They certainly can. The problem is that unlike middle-east where the Arabs and Jews are on somewhat equal footing (Israel is much stronger militarily but Arabs outnumber them in population), there is no match between Native Americans and the rest of the Americans. So no one is going to listen to them.
