i'm looking for rookies that have not been acclaimed like Reggie Bush, Joseph Addai or Laurence Maroney... perhaps they were undrafted or just have mammoth size that will make them great... any such rookies this year??

Greg Jennings, WR, GB.
He's a 2nd Rd pick, great size, runs excellent routes, played at a small college so he went relatively unnoticed.
He will be the Packers' #2 receiver at or near the beginning of the season.

Sure you can say Mike Bell right now. If Shanahan gives him the job. at QB Kellen Clemens...the Jets GM said they found their Tom Brady..so look out.
