Sounds like this marriage is doomed before it even got started. Jealousy is not a good foundation upon which to build a relationship.
If your fiance can't get over it, I'd dump him.

It's possible. More than likely he is just insecure. Maybe he has a control issue. Or maybe he thinks you give the people at work more attention than you give him. It could be all kinds of different things. The question is "Do you have any reason to think he's cheating?" For example has his behavior changed recently? Have you ever caught him in a lie?

Did you ever hear that the best defense is to attack?
Your fiance is putting the focus on you to avoid exposing whatever is wrong with him. Maybe he's the one who's sleeping around, maybe he's trying to find an excuse to break up, or maybe it's just a preview of some real abusive behavior.
Whatever it is, it will not get better after you get married. Talk to him. If he really doesn't trust you, maybe it's time to move on.

Speaking from experience, it is highly probable that he is cheating. My ex used to accuse me of cheating with my friends, and it turns out he was the one doing it! Regardless, he sounds like he has jealousy issues, which, believe me, will only get worse as time goes on. You may want to rethink the idea of getting married to him!

This might only get worse once you are married.
What is any relationship without trust?
What would you do if one of your friends was constantly accusing you of doing something that was a betrayl of them? Would you still be their friend?
There are some serious issues in your relationship. I would try to get counseling before I made this the rest of my life.

I found out from experience that usually the person doing the accusing is the person doing what he's accusing.

Maybe. Best defense is a good offense. My last girlfriend did that all the time. Accused me of affairs. I caught her foolin around. I packed her stuff and put it on the curb.

He could be worried. I've been cheated on by 3 of my 5 girlfriends. All involving sex. Ask him if he's ever been cheated on. It could be the reason why.

From what I have seen in articles, etc - that is the way it works.
You say he is just your fiancee. Do some real hard thinking about this one B4 you get married.
Doesn't sound like a good solid foundation to start.
