if a racist person give his life to save a perfect stranger that is of his own race show that he has some moral

He's a good person in the sense that he acted selflessly for one of his own.
But he's still racist and probably wouldn't do that for any one not of his race, the thought wouldn't enter his mind. He'd watch that person die rather then help and gloat about it as one less person of that race on this earth!

The point of this question is............It don't matter what his race is as long as he saved a person. But if he overlooked saving someone because they aren't his race that would make him a bad person.

yes he is a good person because he does not care about the other people race and he still help that person
