I think you mean "ethylene ozonide".

Its IUPAC name is 1,2,4-trioxacyclopentane. It's a five membered ring with oxygens at the 1, 2 and 4 positions. CH2 groups are at the 3 and 5 positions.

It is the product of reaction when ethene and ozone react. Ozone parts into the peroxyde group which will attack the double bond in ethene, and atomic oxygen. Since atomic oxygen and the cyclic product occured are both unstable, a 5 atoms (3 O and 2 C) cycle occurs, as the 1st answer states

The only thing I can think of right now that could be remotely your compound is the intermediate product of ethene when you perform ozonolysis on it.
