I found "Sincerely yours" which is buong katapatan.

uhm... just write 'sincerely'... taglish are acceptable most of the time

i think you can use "sumasaiyo" (yours). but then it could sound so "passe" and formal. unless you are writing to an elderly person, then use "gumagalang" (respectfully). hope that helps.
