Jack Bauer seems to be winning. I'd like to point out that Jack Bauer already died twice and came back. :P

Jack Bauer, without a doubt. For his country, who wouldn't he kill? He has shot a federal agent in the head, assassination-style, he has cut the head off of a federal prisoner, he ordered his daughter to shoot TWICE the abusive dad she nannied for-- the list goes on and on. Killing Walker, Texas Ranger would most likely fit into the category of keeping America safe, so my vote is for Jack!

Since Jack Bauer is a character in a fictional TV show while Chuck Norris is a real person (old, but real), I'm gonna have to go with Chuck.

Technically, Chuck could kick Keifer's (Sp) butt, but Jack VS. Walker (rememeber Walker is the fictional character not Chuck) then you might have a battle. If it's hand to hand, Jack's in trouble, but bring in the use of weapons and bye bye Walker.
