Well making a database is pretty easy. You need something like Microsoft Access, and you can use it's wizard and use it's "Contacts" template or something reasonably similar.

I'm guessing your real question is "How do I accumulate a list of moms, so I can market to them?"
I'm also assuming you have a product or a service you wish to offer them. I'd recommend you frequent discussion groups that moms would go to, and share yourself with them. If you have something great to offer, mention it when appropriate, and then also make sure your signature line links to your webpage.
Offer something free that is of a benefit to mothers on your webpage, require that they give you their email address and at least first name in order to get the free item.

very vague question....what do you need..name numbers e-mails...use microsoft Access very easy to use program
